The locación of the place is not right on the app, you will need to use the address and Google maps to find it, you will walk a bit more and go down at river level just below the bridge from commerce st and the shops at rivercenter mall

Located right on the RiverWalk beside the Go Rio boat pickup. From the street level, go down to the river level & it’s across from Margueritaville. Thanks to others who also put good directions in this space. I would have never found it without them! Once I got there, I rode the boat to get my bearings then walked everywhere. My bags were safe, easily retrieved & the owner was very nice. No hesitation to recommend his service.

Very friendly and practical service

It was difficult to find because Google Maps needs an updated location. It is located on the River Walk under the Commerce Street bridge; search Spirit of San Antonio for the accurate pin.

The clerk was friendly and helpful. Bags are stored in a back room, with other bags. Take a picture of your bags, definitely helps if you have some distinguishing stickers or markings on the bags.

Bags were secure, staff was friendly! The other comments were 100% key to locate it, so please read those. Address did not line up right for the Uber. But that’s not the businesses fault! Luggage was locked in the back room after removing the trash can, and remained totally safe and secure. I am so glad I did this so I could walk around & enjoy before my friend got off work! Only downside is they actually don’t serve liquor, and I wanted to pick up a bottle of tequila when I left 🤣. But seriously, 10/10. First time I used this app in general & this place, and I was very pleased!!!

It is an excellent location to take advantage of the River Walk, the staff was very friendly.

The store said the system was down and they did accept our luggage. The store staff were helpful in working with us. Carla at Bounce customer service was very helpful as an intermediary and resolved everything right away!

Right next to San Antonio river boat rides on actual River Walk. You have to haul your bags down a bunch of stairs but staff is friendly and location is good

It is a little tricky to find the place as other reviews have said. If you just Google the Spirit of San Antonio, you'll be good. There are no signs outside advertising luggage storage, but everyone was friendly, fast, and no trouble dropping off or picking up. It's right below the drop off point for the Shops at Riverside so it's super convenient. Recommend!

The storage was convenient and secure. It’s located inside of a liquor store on the river walk if you get confused on its location. It’s located under fogo de chao .The owner of the store is also a very nice guy.
