When we collected our bags all we had to do was say the number we had been provided with. Anyone that heard the number when we were given it could have gone in to collect out luggage. I think this secutity needs to be improved.

Location very close to our accommodation so perfectly located dropping bags in once we’d checked out. Bags are stored in a room off the shop so it was very secure. Quick, efficient friendly service. Airport bus stop outside shop door so super convenient. Would def use this service again, thanks

I left my suitcase there because my check-out was at 11 am and my flight wasn't until 7 pm. Everything went perfectly. The owner is very friendly and even opened the shop early especially for me. I would definitely do it again.

She didn't mark when we picked them up; I had to do it now at 6:35 PM, even though we picked them up at 1:30 PM. Otherwise, everything was perfect, she was very nice.
