Great place to store

Perfect! No need to lug luggage around, and we had access to it at any time to change for the beach or to eat/drink. Extremely friendly staff!

Super friendly staff. All good and safe. Perfect location to store the bag if you plan to enjoy the Ballerman area or the beach in Arenal.

The system worked well and the staff on site was very friendly. What was surprising to me was that they are not lockers, but rather the luggage is stored at the back of the store. But I never had the feeling that it was unsafe - everything was completely there in retrospect. A small disadvantage: Collection is only possible until 9 p.m., which can be a bit inconvenient depending on your daily plans. Overall, a good and reliable service.
