A little hard to find, but it's on the second floor of the big echo store. Really easy to drop off and pick up with your QR code and friendly staff.

It was very convenient to store our big suitcases 4 days at Big Echo so we could travel to another place with just our small suitcases. You have to make an online reservation, but on the website it kept getting stuck on same day pick up. I went to the store for help with the reservation and they were very kind and helpful. It's also close to Osaka and Umeda station and it's actually located on the second floor, not the first.

Very convenient spot using Bounce. Staff were friendly and the drop-off and pick-up was extremely simple. Just need an online booking to show the QR.

It was great that you could check the area where you could leave your luggage when there were no coin lockers available and make a reservation 🙆🏻‍♂️ The reason I gave it four stars is because there were no signs to help me find the place, so I struggled to find it 😞

The service was great with easy check in. I'm docking a star merely because it was so hard to find and I was very confused by it being a ticket/money exchange place that also did luggage storage and not just an actual luggage storage place. More details on how to find it would be helpful as google was definitely not helpful.

Service was seamless once we got there. Directions on how to access this location should be more thorough, with description that it is on the 2nd floor underground in a maze of shops. Step by step on how to get from train station would be even better

Easy pick up and drop off And customer service

Amazing how easy it was to store our luggage here for 3 days whilst we just took hand luggage to Tokyo for our 3 days stay! Will definitely use again.
