It’s very easy to get there, just take the elevator from Exit 1-B of Ebisu-cho and turn right! The staff at the counter are friendly and can communicate in English! It’s very easy to get to. Seamless experience! Highly recommended as a drop off point to store your luggage - drop off took less than 5 minutes, pick-up took less than 5 minutes as well!

The location is top notch and very near (exit 1b) and elevator accessible.

The place is right next to Ebisucho Station Exit 1B (lift access available), making the entire journey and drop off a breeze. Staff attended to us promptly, and were patient despite dealing with us a group of 7. The storage fee (after applying discount code) is reasonable, else at normal rate it’s kind of expensive. Will use this service again if required. (Extra note: their reception operate until 10pm, do collect your bags by then.)

Excellent customer service provided by Ms Abigael Arazo (Abby) when we availed of the hotel’s luggage storage. She was very warm, friendly and accommodating. She also recommended places to eat, gave us directions and assisted us with getting a taxi enroute to the train station. Thank you so much, Abby!
