Did a good job at a reasonable price.

When collecting our bags, all the staff weren't aware of the scheme, and had to ask for help. It took a while to get our bags. Otherwise, happy with the service.

The store clerk does not understand much about the service, but once he speaks to another person that knows better, everything goes smoothly.

I would highly recommend. I had no issues whatsoever. Located in a convenient location, my bags were taken from me quickly and returned to me just as promptly. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

The store seemed to have trouble finding my reservation, I think they’re not used to the Bounce app as opposed to booking through their website.

Snack and Bargain opens at 6am and closes at 12am. It is right in Liverpool Central beside everything. Convenient to most hotels so checking out you can easily walk and drop you bags off. The staff in the shop are also so friendly

Quick to get to from Lime St Station.

Should state it more clearly that it’s inside the hostel but that’s not as big of an issue as security. When I came in and said I have signed up to leave a bag I was just shown to the room where the bags were kept no questions asked, and when I came to pick it up the registration person just said “sure go on it’s unlocked”. So I gave it a normal rating cause I did get to keep my bag and got it back, but honestly anyone off the street could have done the same thing with anyone’s bags, there’s essentially no security.

Lower their prices

When I arrived it took several minutes before the shop staff understood that I had a booking to leave my bag. They started out looking for a parcel as they thought I was there to collect one. Similar experience when I collected it.

Staff didn't understand me (language barrier) . Bags taken with no tags but a post-it note with my name on it.

The suitcases are not labeled, they just open the door and tell you to leave them, without the security that someone else will come in and take your things.
