Works well when the store person knew about our reservations. We handed our carry on luggage and it's done efficiently. When we returned, the same person brought our luggage out. Very smooth and quick. For Bounce, the policy can be better when our luggage is small and light. It'd have helped if we could leave our backpacks with our small luggage as well without extra charges. The combined sizes and weights of our luggage and backpack are less than big suitcases. The store should have some leeway to keep our backpacks as well.
