The staff was very attentive. He gave my children candy, and it was raining. He was very concerned and gave us a bag to cover a giant stuffed animal my daughter was carrying.

It is close to the Shinkansen station and the staff is very friendly. There is a ramen place around the corner where the owner is very friendly and the ramen is delicious.

5 min walk from station Hiroshima. Follow the south exit and take exit 8. Cross the bridge and on your right you see the bike shop

The estimated time to walk to the shop was not correct. It was shown 6 minutes but when I entered the address into google maps and walked there it was around 14 minutes. It was still a really nice and comfortable experience with friendly staff.

It is highly recommended to store your luggage here, and you can also stay overnight for large luggage. It's within walking distance of the station. The staff are very friendly and you won't feel rushed at all. There are also restrooms here, and luggage can be stored here. It's very convenient for getting around. The lockers in Hiroshima Station are always full, and it's very hit-and-miss.
