I most definitely recommend using this location to store your bags! The staff is so friendly and kind. I dropped my bags and stayed for a service. They gave me recommendations for the area and went above and beyond to offer me an umbrella to use since it was down pouring! My things were perfectly safe when returned. Fantastic experience!

The Bounce rep wasn't there to accept the reservations and the website didn't make it clear that the drop of is in the open at a barbershop with clients coming in and out, not even a separate storage area. Didn't leave a good impression on us. However bags were left where we placed them when we returned.

3 Senior ladies looking for luggage storage to keep from sitting at Charleston Intl. Airport 10 hours before our flight. Loved Bounce luggage storage offered by UPS - Meeting St., Charleston, S.C.! Scheduled online and paid for the night before. We were greeted at UPS, checked our bags and spent another day sight seeing. Later in the day we picked up our bags from UPS and we were off to airport. Thank you Bounce and UPS MEETING ST. Charleston, S.C.

The service worked as it was supposed to and I appreciated the flexibility to drop off and pick up my bags. The only reason I didn’t give this five stars is because my bags weren’t secured in a locked location as stated on the Bounce site. When I arrived back, they were still sitting out in the open where anyone could walk by them. It wasn’t an issue this time, and they were held away from the front door, but it didn’t give a feeling of security.

It was in the back of a bodega not a lot of security someone could've walked in and snagged it but the woman working there was really nice and after we decided to actually leave the bags in the back of the store we felt it was in good hands.

Having Bounce services available at a UPS Store is a great convenience for travelers who need to store their luggage.

Can't say enough good things about the staff and our experience (via Bounce) with this UPS location. We stayed just off Upper King St so it was blocks away. The folks at the location answered every question in a patient and friendly manner, were extremely helpful and kind, and took extra care with our luggage. If you have extra hours to spend in Charleston and need to store your luggage while you do so, DO NOT hesitate to utilize this service at this location. They are nothing short of extraordinary.

Very friendly and helpful employees at this UPS! Was so great to feel like our bags were safe while we spent time in the city.

The UPS store was great! The challenge is everything on the Bounce Corp. website states the cost is $5.90/bag, but it’s actually ~$8/bag, and then with mandatory ins. makes it $10.55/bag, almost double the ad price. Very deceiving and not right. Contacted customer service and never heard back. Please credit and correct.
