Staff was so kind and friendly.

What a great service! Had a couple hours until we could check into our Airbnb and this was perfect. Super friendly owner at the House of Jerky where we dropped our luggage.

First time using Bounce and couldn’t be happier! Everything was easy from making a reservation, to checking in, to pick up! This location is super convenient and allowed us to enjoy a few extra hours of the markets and open air restaurants without worrying about dragging luggage around. Tiara was such a sweetheart too!

Very safe place to store luggage. We had two carry ons and two medium sized duffle bags. Great location to stow luggage if you're downtown Charleston!

Very easy and convenient! This location was a great drop-off spot for my bags - it allowed me to walk around the highlight areas of Charleston while I was killing time before heading to the airport
