Bags and other valuables shouldn't be kept in a kitchen of an office. That was quite ridiculous.

Got chewed out for “not calling in advance and asking availibility. Maybe don’t mark yourself as a 24/7 then? And the location is also terrible, but you’ll get to stretch your legs before your flight. :)

A bit slow to answer the door when we dropped off bags but very helpful when we collected them. The receptionist helped us by ordering a taxi and letting us use their facilities. Much appreciated.

Nothing to say about the service and organization, everything perfect, friendly staff. The negative thing, in my case, was the location of the Deposit. The Deposit that serves Catania airport (which does not have a luggage storage!) is practically inaccessible on foot. It is located 1.5 km away and if you want to walk there, assuming your luggage allows it, you also have to take a road that is theoretically forbidden to pedestrians. Only for the return trip is it possible to use, by paying 5 euros, the shuttle that the deposit (which is a remote parking lot) has for its customers. Anyway, they are good.
