Cancun luggage storage

I had to wait a long time to get the ticket, even though I was able to show the receipt. Only after I found my app and the booking did I finally get going. Parking wasn't easy either, because everything was full

The person who helps you, their helpful/guiding attitude, leaves a lot to be desired in terms of knowing the correct process (for someone who uses the service for the first time).

I looked for the place prior to my drop off day as I wanted to make sure I knew where it was. If your take the ADO bus somewhere it's perfect location. My husband has Bounce in Bali and to be honest he really has better customer service, although they don't speak English and I too do not speak Spanish as smile says a 1000 words.....I kind of felt like it was so hard work to acknowledge I was dropping off my bag....but at the end of the day I picked it up and all ok

Storage went well. I only stored for a few hours during the day. My bags were tagged, and a Selina worker locked and unlocked the door for me, so there was a decent sense of security. I'm not sure if they check tags religiously, but the same person checked me in and out, so it seemed fine. I'd store with them again

If I needed luggage storage in Cancun again, I would use this location every time. Most of the other storage options are via hostels. I get somewhat nervous about leaving my stuff around, and I don't know if I would've felt as comfortable storing things at some of the other places. Ibis's process was streamlined, efficient & secure. They handle everything. They tagged my bag by ID, stored it securely in front of me, and then retrieved it themselves on the way out. I dropped off around 10 PM and picked up around 2 AM (so you know they have 24 / 7 service). And it's right next to shops if you need something afterwards. Really trusted them and would definitely store again.

It is close to Puerto Juarez, about 10 minutes walking. It is very useful if you are going to visit Isla Mujeres and want to tour Cancun a bit first. Very friendly people.

The link in the confirmation mail shows California in US. It takes time to find the exact location. Nothing has been taken from my luggage but it seems to be scary to store luggage just under the shop’s table that souvenirs are on sales. I had to have a mini lock on my luggage to be safe.
