The location is one of the best in office but also a market where can buy | support Fins First business as well. Have utilized Bounce a few times and have had zero issues so far! Grateful for everyone involved in this process!

This was my first time using these services and it went great! The pick-up and drop off was easy. They locked my luggage in a safe, secure closet. The staff did not scan my QR code for check in or check out though. The next day, I had to manually select “already dropped off my bags” and “already picked up my bags” in the app to complete the order. That was a bit confusing. All in all, great experience and I would do it again in the future!

The location was great - just blocks away from my airbnb and on the way to the airport. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend storing here instead of lugging stuff downtown!

The male employee at this location is untrained and lacks proper communication skills. I waited way too long for verification of my booking and insisted I wait for a pickup sheet, cut 10 minutes out of my explore time and then on pick up I walk in and instead of the person who is untrained saying “ hey you’ll have to wait for her to finish with the other customer because I don’t know how to check you out. He just stood there and then attempted to take another customer in front of me until I said something and then he explained why he wasn’t grabbing my bag. The idea of the service is great however.

Very convenient/safe way for us to leave our luggage for a few hours before heading to the airport. The shop is great with friendly staff and we were able to get some souvenirs!

It was good to be able to keep my bag safe, however the person gave it to the wrong person, so I thought I had lost all my belongings…

Super easy drop off and pick up. Staff kept our items safe. UPS store is in a great location. We left our bags for 5 hours and explored downtown Austin. Cheap uber from the UPS store to the airport too. Would come again!
