All very smooth

The location was closed to where we wanted to be for a few hours. The people attending were very nice, courteous and very helpful in giving us guidance with the transportation around the area. All in all a good experience.

Very warm welcome

The only concern we had is they stored our bags in a souvenir shop on rhe shop floor. We never were presented w an ID or any indication we were in the right place. No signage, no message that our bags were dropped off. We felt unease and decided to collect our bags early. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. He carried my bag down steep steps and we thanked him with a generous tip. I would have felt better w a secure spot for bag storage and a message that our bags had been checked in for I r storage.

No problems with the bag storage here. Not fantastic service but we have never had bag storage before so nothing to compare it to. It kept our bags safe so in our books it did what we needed it to. Would recommend overall.

This was my first time using luggage storage, and I highly recommend this place! We were immediately greeted by the receptionist, who gave us numbered tags for each of our bags. These were then kept in a secure, locked room, which was very reassuring. Retrieving our luggage was quick and easy. Plus, the staff kindly allowed us to use the restrooms. I highly recommend this place!

Drop off and pick up were easy and smooth. We left the bag at 6AM and had no issue. The location is only a few minutes walk from the metro station Monastiraki.

GoGo Electric was our first Bounce luggage storage location, and the experience was smooth and easy. The gentleman who helped us spoke good English and checked us in and out quickly with no issues. The luggage was not stored in a separate secured room. Instead, the bags were placed against the wall next to the manager’s desk where staff could keep an eye on them. While that initially felt a little less secure than I expected, we never had any reason to be concerned. Everything was exactly as we left it when we returned, and nothing had been disturbed or removed. Overall, it was a simple, hassle-free experience. Our bags were kept safe, pickup was easy, and we had no problems at all. I would definitely recommend GoGo Electric for Bounce luggage storage.

Great communication, super friendly

Location was conveniently located to our AirBnB, and relatively easy to get to (of course the side walks are a little bumpy because of the tiles and flagstone, but it wasn’t bad). We did ask when dropping off if they were open until 5; confirmed yes, and said we could call if needed to pick up later. That was awesome! Then, when we got there just after 3, the gate was down, like they were closed. I called and the attendant said she would be there in just a few minutes. It only took her about 5 minutes, so it wasn’t a long wait at all! Our bags were safe and sound. Would definitely use again.
