Once you have signed up for the service, we will provide you with an address to deliver your packages to. Then, all that’s left to do is to start placing those online orders! When you go to checkout, you just need to give them this address instead of your own for the shipping details. It really doesn’t get any easier than that!
When your package has been delivered, we'll notify you. You just have to stop by our store and pick it up. Just come on in during our daily operating hours (varies per location) and one of our staff members will be there to greet you and give you any packages that were delivered for you. You’ll finally be able to rest easy knowing you have a safe and secure place to send your online orders, important documents, and anything else.
Are There Any Restrictions?
Unfortunately, there are certain size and weight restrictions on the packages we can accept for our customers. If you need to send an oversized package that exceeds 25 pounds and/or 2x2 cubic feet, we kindly request that you contact our support team in advance. We will then verify with the store whether they are able to accept the package or not.
If by chance that we are able to accept your oversized package, please note that there is a $3 oversized item fee.
These restrictions are essential for us here at Bounce. We once had a customer leave a huge air conditioner in one of our stores. Not only did they have it delivered to our location, but that customer also left it with us for over 60 days. It wasn’t cool (pun intended).
Before you send any packages to us, be sure to double-check the weight and size on your delivery. It’s likely that most of your packages will be under the limit, so you can feel free to send all those Amazon book orders to us!
How Much Will it Cost?
We have two options for those looking for package acceptance. If you’re someone who is usually home to collect your packages, you probably don’t need a long-term solution to package acceptance. However, there might be the off-chance that you go out of town when you have a package on its way to you. You can choose our one-time package acceptance which is just $5. It’s an affordable way to make sure your packages arrive safe and sound.
If you get multiple packages delivered on a regular basis, that option would obviously get pretty costly. So, we offer a monthly package acceptance plan. This options allows you to receive up to five package deliveries per month. As long as you aren’t going overboard with your online shopping, we’d say this is a great option for anyone looking for a permanent home for their package acceptance in New York City.
Our monthly package acceptance is priced at $20. There are no minimums and you may cancel anytime. Need an even bigger plan, just write to us on customer support!
