Friendly staff, a good place to leave luggage but a little too expensive. 10.50€ for two backpacks. (3.5€ for bag but at the checkout they also charge 3.5€ service fee..)

Very centrally located on Aristotle Square, it was just 50 meters from the apartment where I stayed until 11:00 AM. My flight, however, was in the evening. So I didn't have to carry my luggage around all day, storing it at Medusa Souvenir and Gifts was perfect. Quick and easy, and the staff was great. I booked one piece of luggage through the Bounce app, and paid for the other, unplanned piece, directly on site. I'll definitely store my luggage there again next time.

Great customer service with quick help online, no issues in the store either. Very easy and smooth process to leave and pick up our luggage. Internet connection is not needed but can be helpful if you need to contact customer support.

They were very helpful. I had lost one of my bags at the airport and they picked it up for me because I was out.

The qr code could not open big enough to scan . He tried to make it work than used the pin number.he also indicated the direction for a walk around
