  • Very centrally located on Aristotle Square, it was just 50 meters from the apartment where I stayed until 11:00 AM. My flight, however, was in the evening. So I didn't have to carry my luggage around all day, storing it at Medusa Souvenir and Gifts was perfect. Quick and easy, and the staff was great. I booked one piece of luggage through the Bounce app, and paid for the other, unplanned piece, directly on site. I'll definitely store my luggage there again next time.

The best thing of the experience which led to the 5 stars is that I had booked twice and due to bad connection I didn't understand it until 3-4 days later that my bank informed me for the double charge. The problem got solved so easy with bounce and I thank them for the speed and the efficiency!

  • Medusa Greek Souvenirs is very conveniently located right in the centre of Thessaloniki. Very easy to find. The process of leaving and collecting our luggage was very easy and the attendant was very helpful and friendly. There are no apps to download, complicated security code lockers to deal with which is great. Highly recommend this place if you need to leave luggage for a few hours in Thessaloniki.
