I live in Singapore but I use bounce as my office lift is not working that I unable to carry my luggage up to 7th floor and found bounce on website and booked for the 1st time. My booking was 9.00am -10.30pm on 17/03,2026, the shop was close when I arrived at 9,30am while I am in the rush to my office at 9.30am, I lost and disappointed, I have to find my own way to keep my luggage some where and bring back to the shop during my lunch time, I email bounce and get help by reply by

Staff was helpful and quick! Convenient location near Jalan Besar to store stuff temporarily.

The store was closed when we got there and we couldn’t get in. We had to call for a staff we found outside to help us get in. But the checkin and checkout process were very smooth. It is also close to Haji Lane and very convenient.

A very important question couldn't be answered: how do I extend time for my bag storage? Staff didn't know, though they were friendly and helpful as they could be, even allowing me access to my bags multiple times. App couldn't answer the question either. How do I extend time, and how much does it cost? And what happens if I accidentally leave the bags an extra day?

the shop is not only so close to my location when i was looking for a luggage storage. it is also a strategic place. the app is so simple to use. the staff are so accomodating. the service is so impressive.

It's located right in front of the bus stop, making it convenient for those visiting Little India by bus. It's also conveniently situated between Tekka Centre and Mustafa Centre, making it ideal for sightseeing. The staff were friendly, and loading and unloading my luggage was smooth.

Although it's a bit far from the nearest station, they greeted me with smiles, the atmosphere was very pleasant, and I felt completely at ease leaving my child there.

Bounce was a great way to store my suitcase in between trips, easy to search locations, book my spot for my luggage and have a coffee and pastry all at the same time. I even booked myself in for a coffee appreciation course. The cost of the service meant that it was affordable and a great example of our share economy. Will use this again if the need arises.
