  • Easy baggage drop-off and pick-up via QR code. The hardest part was finding the elevator that goes down to level 1 (at gate 2 on level 2, there is an elevator that goes down to level 1 and then it's immediately on the right when exiting the elevator.

  • It was easy quick and efficient, there are two baggage solutions in klia terminal 2 and this one is on LEVEL 1 so you would need to take the lift down to level 1 to get to it.

  • A little hard to find, the locker is located on Level 1 in the "transportation hub"—no need to look on the other floors, go straight there. Apart from that, everything is spotless and secure.

  • The drop-off and pick-up process went smoothly. It's just a bit tricky to find. Tip: take the KLIA to Terminal 2, which is only a short walk. It's on the right at the train exit. The fare from Terminal 1 is 4 RM.
