Discover Sapporo luggage storage

This service is great and really convenient for travelers. When we were in Sapporo station, all coin lockers are in use. Good thing there’s a bounce location near the station and we’re able to store our large luggaes there. The process is also very simple. We’re able to modify the pickup time from the app with no extra charge, I think if it’s just within the day. Overall great experience and would recommend.

Since it was open 24 hours, I was able to leave my luggage until late at night. The staff were also very helpful. The luggage storage area is on the second floor. I was able to carry my small suitcase up there. I think it would be difficult if you have a heavy or large suitcase.

I was a bit hesitant when I arrived, but I was relieved by the "Hello~" greeting. I didn't have to search for coin lockers, which were all full during the Arashi concert. Thank you for your help. I got lost because of the construction in front of the station, but it's very close and on the 6th floor.

Easy to use with QR code via Apple Wallet. Location has no elevator, however, so you will need to cart your suitcases up two flights of stairs.

Very polite and careful

The process was smooth. It's close to the station, so it's perfect. It's hard to pull a suitcase when the sidewalks are icy with snow.

First, it was very easy to make a booking via the Bounce app and because they have storage facilities all over Sapporo I managed to find one practically across the road from my hotel. The staff were very, very friendly and accomodating. I left a suitcase with them for 4 days while I travelled to another town in Hokkaido. Drop off and pick up were simple and fast using the QR code. I would highly recommend using Yamato for storage.

It is on the 6th floor -maybe hard to find without knowing Japanese. The personnel were very helpful and excellent service. It would be great to add the floor information in the description.

Easy to book, reasonable price and very accessible near sapporo station. Much better than coin locker.(exp 3 big luggage+1 small luggage for 4000 yen)
