IF YOU CAN'T FIND THEM, it's inside the Acanto Hotel. There isn't a Bounce Luggage sign out front. Kept my luggage here while visiting Playa del Carmen for the afternoon. Staff was super friendly, easy process, great experience. The staff and hotel were so nice I'm thinking of staying here for my next visit

This was a great option to store our bags for a few hours before heading back to the airport. The location is a short walk from the ADO bus terminal. The drop off and pick up were super fast (each took less than 5 minutes) and the bags are secured in a locked bag storage room.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. The staff at Acanto Hotel were amazing and very friendly. Heads up: when you are looking for the Bounce Luggage Storage, look for this hotel. I think it would be helpful for the hotel to put up a sign (even just in the window) that they are affiliated with Bounce. They securely held our luggage. They really made a positive difference in my experience travelling outside of my home country. They let me use their wifi to coordinate my transfer to the airport, allowed me to use their lobby bathroom, and provided a great environment to wait for our transfer. I would highly recommend using this service.

Checked out of our AirBnB in Playa Del Carmen, and had about 5 hours to kill before heading back to Cancun airport, so we wanted to store our luggage and roam around town for the afternoon. The Bounce Luggage Storage location was convenient, and appeared to be quite safe. Picked up our luggage with no issues at all. My only reason for the 4 stars, is there was a 150 pesos "service fee", which is not specified when they quote their rates, just wish they were more transparent about this.

Very accommodating!

It was quick and easy. When you enter the hostel, the counter is staffed by the person on duty, and they quickly learn about luggage storage, scan your Bounce code, and tag your bags. When you return to pick them up, you'll simply need the name on your reservation. The service is always excellent.

It was great! They were very attentive upon my arrival and kind in allowing me to use the restroom, which made for a good experience. My luggage was safe at all times.
