Discover Palma de Mallorca luggage storage

Staff and security 10 out of 10! Personally, I found the walk to the intermodal station with a large suitcase a bit too long and difficult to roll.

The service is fast. Plus, they leave your things in a secure place.

Super fast processing. A photo is also taken of the luggage for identification purposes.

Everything went perfectly, I felt that our luggage was safe there.

Everything went great and without Problems. Only thing that could be better is the lugage to be locked in a room or with a chain.

Drop-off was quick and easy, very professional with their own trailer for our suitcase. Pick-up was just as quick.

The location is great, near Ballermann 8. Dropping off our luggage was a bit tricky as apparently only the owner handles it. But the young man was very helpful and friendly, so we were able to leave our luggage after all.

Central location. Very easy drop-off and pick-up, I recommend it!

Reading the comments, I don't know what problem people see; the place is easy to find, and everything is always fine—especially since it’s always open and the standards are consistently high.

Great location, everything went smooth and easy

We used this baggage drop-off place two times and were very happy. 1. Its a 5min walk from Placa d'Espanya and very close to all the other famous spots. 2. You need to scan your personal qr-code when you first arrive and when you want to collect your baggage, and on top your baggage gets a tag with a number. The owner looked very friendly and trustworthy. We felt safe. 3. There is no size restriction for your baggage which is very cool. We had two big suitcases and had no issues.

Secure location, friendly staff, 5/5!

Easy to find we were with a taxi from cruiseterminal. The busstop ti te airport right in front of shop. Nice People. Next time again

Luggage is well and securely stowed, the owner is really nice :) Everything is great

It was great. I'd gladly use it again. If you have a car, you can briefly stop on the yellow, slanted lines in the delivery zone in front of the small supermarket. It's best if someone stays with the car while you drop off or pick up your luggage. They tow it away quickly.

Drop off was easy. Price is a bit high. Needed only 3 hours but have to pay full day.

Very friendly and fast

The location was very good, right in the centre

Everything went well

It was perfect - very friendly

Perfect service, nice and kind staff. Absolutely no problem.

Everything went smoothly . Staff were very nice. Felt secure.

Location was very central, staff were slightly rude but they were trying to serve customers at the same time so it was slightly understandable

Yes, everything was great. The owner was lovely. Would I come again?

Super easy and straightforward. Very friendly staff member.

When we collected our bags all we had to do was say the number we had been provided with. Anyone that heard the number when we were given it could have gone in to collect out luggage. I think this secutity needs to be improved.

Friendly staff. Great location and felt very safe leaving belongings here

Very good. Would gladly shop here again 👍🏼 Very trustworthy shop owner.

Perfect communication and management

We recommend !!!
