Paulo was great! I was a little nervous having never used a luggage service like this before, but it felt very secure. He was a kind man, and it was a useful service.

The owners are definitely helpful, friendly, and approachable. We discovered them for their luggage storage service, but have since become regulars, thanks to their excellent coffee shop and consistently fresh, delicious sandwiches. Highly recommended!

The Ottawa Backpackers was fine. However, the booking process is atrocious! It's beyond stupid for the app to ask you to the nearest half hour when you would be dropping off your luggage but not tell you where the storage location is!

Service was great. I booked online, brought my bag in, they stored it in a secure closet in the Backpackers Hotel and picking it up when I got back was just as simple, just in reverse. The location was only a few blocks from the Royal Canadian Mint and Rideau Canal. Only downside is that you need to walk past a couple spots where folks with drug issues loiter and that was uncomfortable.

We had a very good experience. We arrived in Ottawa with our luggage, needing to check into our hotel in the afternoon. After leaving our luggage at the hotel, we enjoyed a pleasant visit to the city. The DoubleTree staff was also very friendly!

A bit out-of-the-way for my needs. An easy booking expience, with very friendly, helpful staff. However, on a very rainy day in the Downtown with two items of luggage over some rough sudewalks, to get there, I found this location not that coveniant to my needs, yesterday. It would probably suit my needs on another occasion.

Highly recommend if you’ve got time to kill and baggage weighing you down. Using Bounce helped turned a day of waiting around for our flight into a day of fun and adventure.
