Luggage storage Lower Town

Location is easy to get to in the Byward Market, just a few minutes walk from Rideau Centre - service was friendly and efficient, just what was needed!

The Inn is located very conveniently in the city centre and the staff was very helpful. The whole process was very smooth.

Milan and Joseph went out of their way to be accommodating with my rather last minute plans. I am grateful to them for their hospitality. Cheers!

The person the received the bags was so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this no fuss service.

It was great. A little confusing at first as the place had a code lock for the front door, lukilly there were some people on the porch that helped me get in.

Very professional and kind

A bit out-of-the-way for my needs. An easy booking expience, with very friendly, helpful staff. However, on a very rainy day in the Downtown with two items of luggage over some rough sudewalks, to get there, I found this location not that coveniant to my needs, yesterday. It would probably suit my needs on another occasion.

First time using bounce so slightly confused on the booking procedure, a helpful sign would go a long way in making the usability easier.

I should have realized from the name that it was in a youth hostel. Which was okay. However, it would have been nice to have been told ahead of time. And I am not sure where they put my baggage but I was sort of expecting a locker.

Great location and very convenient. Drop off was a breeze and employee very helpful and pleasant. Pick up was a bit more challenging. A different employee who after admonishing me for not taking my shoes off at the door eventually got around to assisting me in retrieving my bag.
