Everything went smooth. The shop is a little hidden the airport, but you can find it. The staff was friendly and fast. They just store the bag in a U-shaped isle in the middle of the shop, so it doesn't feel the most secure, but the bag is insured by bounce and everything went fine. I would definitely book it again :)

The baggage isn’t actually stored in a secure area. They are stored in the main area of the shop where staff may not always be present. I know Korea is safe, but still…

Very good location near station and I collected at midnight on 30 December and open. Responsive to my messages and very smooth.

Very easy!! I even arrived earlier than my pick up time and the host was able to come early to allow me to pick up my luggage. It was very smooth!
