I thought it was pretty great that I could leave my luggage with them. Can be a little bit challenging to find because you have to go down a little bit of an alley way but just keep looking for the picture storefront and you’ll see the hallway that takes you one flight of stairs and the person should be there and if they’re not to send a message through the app and they will come right out within five minutes.

It can be a little bit confusing to find cause you have to go down a smaller alley than the street. My taxi dropped me off, but once you keep looking for a storefront that looks similar to the picture you’ll find a little hallway that takes you upstairs to where the person is

There isn’t anyone that meets you to get your luggage. You go there yourself and talk via whatsapp to get in. This wasn’t clear and I walked up multiple floors looking for the drop off location.

Drop off and pick-up process was very smooth and reception was very easy to communicate with. There are no secure lockers to put the luggage/bags in but there is 247 receptionist and lots of cameras overlooking!

I was able to drop off and pick up my luggage without any problems thanks to my prior reservation. You have to go up stairs, so those with heavy luggage should be prepared! It's located in a busy area, making it a convenient place to drop off luggage during a trip. Thank you!

The person at the reception was extremely carefull of my luggage for as long as 10 days, my flight was changed and I had to pick up quite later than my pick up time and yet, he still waited for us. He took really good care of my luggage by sealing it with extra plastic. Highly reccomend as also really close to the airport only 15 min walk! Thank you so much!!

Everything fine. Luggage Storage was good. It's in the spa area of an luxury hotel locked in an office room. It's safe place. No problems and worries. Perfect for last days before catching a flight or a bustrip

We got a taxi from Ho Chi Min airport to this location, left our bags and the walked to the market. A really good way to spend a few hours of shopping before travelling on to our next destination (Vang Tau).

Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The security is not great as the luggage is just haphazardly placed behind the desk. It should be fine as long as you don't put any valuables in it.

Super convenient - especially if needing to leave bags during the day before an evening train. The host was absolutely lovely and even offered to drop me off at the station when I picked up my bag. The location was easy to find with clear instructions, and the bag was locked up safely.

Everything is fine, they picked it up and returned it without any questions, and wrapped the suitcase in plastic wrap.

The staff were lovely, and communication was incredibly easy. We booked a second time at this place because it was so simple and efficient. We even took advantage of the opportunity to get a leg and foot massage. It was amazing, I highly recommend it.
