you will need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. other than that, it was easy to use.

Location near airport. It was a fast and easy check in/out process. Highly recommend.

The location, the pick up and drop and the conditions were perfect. The spa looks secure and we were so relaxed travelling around leaving the bags here.

I had to take the luggage down myself

The location is a super short walk through an alley. I left my luggage there for a couple days and it was perfectly intact when I received it. Thomas was the sweetest and he even has different home stays throughout Saigon, definitely recommend booking with them!

Easy process and they speak english

Although the location is a bit out of the way, I felt that my items were being stored safely. I will update you again when I retrieve them. I just picked up my bag, and they kept it safe in a dedicated storage area.

Super easy to check in and out. Inside the book street. I used this place because it was walking distance to the USA consulate and you aren’t allowed to bring things like laptops in. Safe and secure service here

Easy and efficient storage service!

I looked for a place near Ben Thanh Market. Initially, I made a reservation at an Indian restaurant, but it was closed, so I quickly changed my reservation to Coco Spa. It's located on the second floor of the New World Hotel. It's a place with a high-quality atmosphere. When I told the staff it was for Bounce, they were able to take care of it smoothly. A different staff member picked it up, but there were no problems. I will use them again if I need a place to store my luggage on my next visit.

Professional and smooth service

It can be a little bit confusing to find cause you have to go down a smaller alley than the street. My taxi dropped me off, but once you keep looking for a storefront that looks similar to the picture you’ll find a little hallway that takes you upstairs to where the person is

There isn’t anyone that meets you to get your luggage. You go there yourself and talk via whatsapp to get in. This wasn’t clear and I walked up multiple floors looking for the drop off location.

Drop off and pick-up process was very smooth and reception was very easy to communicate with. There are no secure lockers to put the luggage/bags in but there is 247 receptionist and lots of cameras overlooking!

The person at the reception was extremely carefull of my luggage for as long as 10 days, my flight was changed and I had to pick up quite later than my pick up time and yet, he still waited for us. He took really good care of my luggage by sealing it with extra plastic. Highly reccomend as also really close to the airport only 15 min walk! Thank you so much!!
