Convenient and good value. Just need to be sure about the address of the place in Florence, Italy, if getting a car hire pickup because the address of the luggage storage may not be the one you need to arrange for the pickup.

For a baggage storage service, this is very good. Book storage on the “Bounce” app as the owner himself says online bookings get a 10% discount (this is actually a 10% return to be used on subsequent bookings). A bit difficult to find as it is run by a cafe. The gent will tag your bags with numbers. Take a photo of your tagged bags for your own record. Ot took less than 5 minutes to check in and 5 minutes to check out. Too easy. I would not use the “automated” luggage service that is 2-3 doors further down the corridor.

We showed up to Rudi's Caffetteria Birreria in Florence, Italy early in the morning. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They took care of us immediately. They tagged the luggage and it was secured. We ended up coming back to eat twice after we picked up our luggage!
