Easy to find - both members of staff (guy we dropped off with guy who we picked up from) were super friendly and we felt safe leaving our bags with them :) thanks a lot!

The location was great, however, our luggage wasn't secured or marked; it was just left among other suitcases at the back of the warehouse. Everything worked out in the end, but we weren't entirely sure we'd see our suitcases again :)

This was a great location being so near to the marina and bags felt very secure - however there was a 2 hour period when you were unable to collect (lunch hour) and 2 steps to lift bags up, so a tiny bit awkward compared to locations with flat surfaces. Would recommend though cos location was so convenient.

Easy to book. Address is one road over than the pin but you get the actual address once you've booked your luggage in. It is a mini supermarket and presumably stored at back. It is a side street but it is a short walk to sights.

Staff member was kind and helpful.

The store was great after confusion as i didnt recieve the qr code via email. Bounce customer service were also good in resolving the issue.
