Great and safe service - the gent in the shop scanned our QR code, put a ticket on each bag and gave the stub to us to hand back later, took a photo of your baggage connected to your booking. 100% felt comfortable leaving our baggage at the mini market and a much better way to enjoy the city. We were a little nervous about this service not being a luggage locker type place but all was well!

We left 4 bags for 3 hours via the bounce app it was very straightforward, cost 22 euros and was well worth avoiding the hassle of dragging cases about. I initially booked the wrong date and it was easy to cancel the booking and I was immediately refunded. I would definitely recommend. .

Admittedly it felt a little odd leaving our luggage in a corner shop on a back street in Faro, but they were very friendly and the case was taken to a room out back away from public eyes. The guy behind the counter scanned our QR code and gave us a ticket; then when we returned he checked the QR code again, clearly following procedure to the letter. Our luggage was safe and sound at a small cost of €5.95 for 4 hours, allowing us to take in the sights of Faro without have to drag a large case around. Great service, would recommend, and will definitely use again.
