Convenient place to store luggage. The store had us take a picture of our luggage, and then we put it in the storage closet in the back of the shop. It was easy, and we were comfortable leaving it there. We'd use the service again.

Everything was perfect! It saved us from having to drive all the way to Deutz on the day of departure, only to potentially not find a locker available, and we were able to finish our short trip in Belgium without any stress. Good hotel to store luggage. No issues, it’s at a good location - 15 minutes from the station. Especially useful if you have large luggage which won’t fit in station lockers.

It's hard to find. I mean the hotel on Augustiner Platz. It costs €5 each. The person at the reception was super friendly.

The hotel was nice and gave me feeling of safety. Managers are always in the front desk and luggages are stored in specific pantry-room. And l could also use toilets and drink water there.

The staff were incredibly friendly, no problems at all. The only downside was that our luggage was stored in full view of everyone.

Excellent service

This location was great! Right next to the HBF station and felt very safe. The hotel staff had to buzz you into the door and put my luggage in a safe location. It was also open late which was nice. Staff moved very quickly and efficiently.
