Very handy location, bags were secured in a small room (seemed to be a utility room). Although I had no issues, I would have felt more comfortable if I had been ID checked when collecting my bags or something done to confirm the bags actually belonged to me, but overall it was a smooth process.

Drop off and pick up was quick and easy. The location is right near tram stop 1 which made returning for pick up super easy and convenient.

It was quick. You just have to book it online and handover the stuff to them. The person at the shop was super helpful.

The storage is at the back of the MetroMart shop. It was all very easy as we booked online when we got there and it was sorted very quickly. The guy took photos of our bags alongside each booking and recognised us when we came back to pick them up. Definitely recommend.
