The location was easy to get to from Inage JR Station and when I was looking lost (due to bad eyesight) a member of staff came out of the shop to assist me which was fantastic. She could not have been more helpful and I would highly recommend this business.

The staff are super nice !!! It opened 24/7!! Just a few stairs to get up, very convenient even for our bigger luggage there was no hassle

Easy handling from A to Z! Loved this service. Especially in Japan where there is a tendency to buy a lot, you get the ability to drop one luggage which is not needed and just travel light. I would do it all over again! Pice - service relation is perfect.

Very wonderful and patient, let me charge my phone just enough to get checked in. However it is a small booth and I felt bad leaving my large checked bag even just for a day.
