- It was okay. We had to wait 30 minutes, cause their staff was running late. Also we expected our luggage to be in a safe spot with a lock, but we just had to leave it in the lobby.

- The location on Google Maps was slightly off (at the tour office across the street), but the service itself was as advertised. They held my bags safely after my hotel checkout for a fair price and I was able to pick them up early without any issues.
