  • I had a flight the night before, so I checked out and had plenty of time to kill. The hotel was conveniently located in Central Plaza, close to the airport and offering a free shuttle. The staff were friendly and helpful. I scanned the QR code, received a printout, and presented it to them later, and they were able to pick it up right away. There's also a currency exchange right in front, making it easy to find cash when I need it.

  • The service was exactly what we expected. The store staff simply scanned our QR code and accepted our two backpacks. The staff made sure to remind us of the closing time at 6 pm and they wished us a good day. I can’t overstate the superior travel experience of spending a day in Chiang Mai without carrying our heavy backpacks. It gave us the peace of mind to be able to enjoy the day without keeping one eye on our backpacks.

  • Well. This place needs to make recognizable sign! There's no sign to see .. Since I saw a review that it is not easy to find, I went there to check the spot a one day before I go to Pai. And it is hard to find but Let me show you the picture of this place. They run the place with Bamboo bike so You gotta go here and ask clerk to make luggage service 🤭 1 day 100 baht! 1일 100밧이고요, 뱀부 바이크 있는쪽 가서 앉아계신 직원께 여쭤보면 여기라고 알려줍니다.
