The person who helped us was great, very kind and helpful. The only downside was that they closed an hour earlier than the time we had paid for, which was also shown on the website.

First time using Bounce. Worked perfectly as expected. Location is a hotel, which is what made me choose it. Luggage was kept in hotel lobby, not sure if this is normal, but was under the eye of the reception staff the whole time. Easy process. Small entrance through intercom / buzz door (hotel is upstairs), and exactly where map says.

I had an issue with my bounce booking who appeared already collected while i was trying to check in. The staff went beyond to help me and dealt with the issue themselves. Highly appreciated!

The website said I could drop it off from 11:30 and they accepted it at 11, so that was very gratifying. When I picked it up, I had no problems at all; it was all easy and quick.

Located very conveniently close to the airport!!! This was the perfect place to store our bags during a long layover we had in Cartagena. Bags were safe & secured, staff was really polite.
