  • It was a storage facility run by a Korean owner. While other places close early, this place stayed open late, and the prices were reasonable. I am satisfied.

  • Unfortunately you are unable to see where you have booked until you have paid. So I was surprised to see that our storage was at a Korean Supermarket with no lockers. However, the lady that helped us was very nice, our bags were stored in a room out the back of the supermarket so we were a little concerned There was no problem with the storage facility and it was a good location in Cairns

  • The staff were very kind and I was grateful that they were able to communicate with me even though my English was poor. I was able to travel with peace of mind by booking in advance, but it took a long time to check in because I couldn't connect it to my smartphone. I would prefer a system where everything can be done using just a QR code.
