Easy to find. Close to Busan station.

The location is good and the building has an elevator so you don't have to use stairs. But as others mentioned in the comments, there was no one at the front desk. Unfortunately, there were no instructions at the front desk on what to do. I had to find the hostel’s Instagram profile (it’s not listed anywhere, so I had to search by name—it’s onjung_stay, just in case). They replied right away, so I didn’t have to wait long. But it was a bit stressful. I also didn’t like that the suitcases were left at the front desk, which isn’t separated from the hallway, so anyone could access them. But other than that, everything was fine.

Lovely people. You just really need to look for it. It's 2 doors next to the Emart. You walk in a little hallway up a couple stairs. Then to the left in an elevator to floor 2. Then it's on your right, the restaurant.

Great service! I stored my items for 1 week. I had many items stored in paper bags, when I returned one of the bags had ripped a little so the ajussi put the ripped bag with my stuff into a sturdy Costco bag. My check-in luggage also broke and another ajussi tried to fix it for me. And then when the taxi arrived everyone helped me carry my many items and bags to the car and helped me pack it in. Also just across the road from Busan station!

there was no staff at the location, but I received immediate confirmation via instagram message, so it was pretty good overall. But without instagram it could be a little hard, because there was no information (at least in english) how to contact with the staff at the location.
