It took them a few minutes to find my reservation, but otherwise it went super smoothly: dropped off my suitcase without fuss, and picked it up also without fuss a few hours later.

It was a bit tricky to find the door as it appeared to be named differently to what I expected. The picture of building helped.

Everyone i dealt with dropping off and picking up my case was super friendly. Very close to the train station but up a wee hill
