Great location, easy to access. Not intuitive. You have to ask about it from the barista. They give you a number and put your bag behind the counter. It would have received a higher star level, but they have an ATM attached to the Cafe that charges us a 14% charge to withdrawal money and was a total scam. They are profiting off the ATM, so beware! So one start short because they are being too opportunistic.

First payment via the website seem to want to go through in USD's but didn't get charged so alas had to download yet another app. There are far too many apps around these days.

The experience was absolutely wonderful! Our luggages were kept safe for the whole day. The owners were so kind, welcoming, and attentive. We even tried to buy a bottle of water, but the lady kindly insisted on giving it to us as a gift. We truly recommend this place for storing your belongings :)

Super convenient and the owners are super friendly, everything was great. However, it's quite expensive if you only leave it for a couple of hours because the price is the same for the whole day as for just a short time.

Seamless experience, I accidentally walked past the shop and the man came running out to help me with my large suitcase. He was lovely and my luggage was kept very safe. When I collected my luggage to leave he insisted on giving me a bottle of water for my journey. 10/10 recommend

We had a great experience with AGNOS KIPOS for luggage storage in Athens. The process was very smooth and convenient, and we felt very comfortable leaving our luggage there. The staff member was extremely friendly and welcoming. He even took the time to give us recommendations on places to look around in Athens and kindly asked about our journey back and whether we needed help arranging a taxi or anything else. Excellent service and genuine hospitality — highly recommended!

Super easy drop off and pick up. The employees were willing to stay later than the advertised hours if we needed (thankfully we picked up our bags within an hour of dropping off).
