Seamless experience, I accidentally walked past the shop and the man came running out to help me with my large suitcase. He was lovely and my luggage was kept very safe. When I collected my luggage to leave he insisted on giving me a bottle of water for my journey. 10/10 recommend

We had a great experience with AGNOS KIPOS for luggage storage in Athens. The process was very smooth and convenient, and we felt very comfortable leaving our luggage there. The staff member was extremely friendly and welcoming. He even took the time to give us recommendations on places to look around in Athens and kindly asked about our journey back and whether we needed help arranging a taxi or anything else. Excellent service and genuine hospitality — highly recommended!

Drop-off went great. Note: you'll likely need to knock on the door - folks were always there but we didn't receive a PIN number for entry.

Lady at pick up was very nice

2 staff members could not find the reservation. When I showed proof they magically found it. I had to carry my heavy luggage up a flight of stairs. I was not expecting that. I asked for a cab and they told me to do it myself with Uber.
