Hôtesse d’accueil très sympathique, souriante et bienveillante. Le dépôt et le retrait s’est extrêmement bien déroulé. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, situé très proche de la gare Montparnasse.
1st time ever using Bounce luggage storage (or any type of luggage storage) and this store made this American a believer in using Bounce. Despite the language barrier, these employees were very courteous and quick in checking me in and out. Location was very convenient too.
