Location was easily accessible at bukit bintang. The staff was very helpful. Storage also seemed very secure. Only need a signage for declaring as bounce storage facility.
The staff at the reception was very friendly and polite. I could drop my luggage easily and was explained the secure storage too. Overall a great hassle free experience!

Hassle free and very convenient. So near to KL Sentral. If I knew the place so near, I would have booked there to stay.
Directions were not very clear to the place. Also hard to locate hotel as there are no signage which indicate the word ‘chaos’ just a ‘CH’. Other than that, service was exellent and price is cheap hehe. Could do my shopping till I’m dripping with my luggage put away.
