We booked through Bounce to store our bags here before we checked into our hotel. It was ideally located and we were given clear instructions as to where to go and what to do. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely use here again.

Good service to store your luggage for the day while visiting Philadelphia. If you don’t have a car get a cab, Uber, or Lyft from the Amtrak Station on 30th Street. I walked with my luggage from Amtrak Station to Arch Brunch location and while I walked the distance from Amtrak Arch Brunch it would be easier to have had a ride. Anyway, storing my luggage with Bounce allowed me to enjoy Philadelphia without dragging suitcases around all day.
This was my first experience using Bounce - this location made it easy and seamless to both drop off and pick up our bags when ready. If you need to store some luggage or bags I totally recommend them.
Very friendly staff that helped us out. It was very easy to use and close enough to the sites. There was roadwork happening when we went, but nothing that made it hard to find.
