Very good service. Staff were nice and accommodating and we felt like our luggage was safe. Only thing is that there's a flight of stairs which is a bit difficult to carry if you have more than one luggage

Very easy to find, friendly owner of the guesthouse, met us and took the bags. They were left in a secure spot and was I given a key to retrieve them when I needed to. Will definitely use them again if I come back to Zagreb.
