The value for money was great! We were able to leave two suitcases for €10 for the whole day. We were able to pick them up outside of opening hours and were allowed to use the restroom again, change clothes, etc. Absolutely lovely people! Highly recommended :)

A very good experience, very friendly throughout the process, they guided me through the city and even gave me coffee. Definitely the best option to save.

Excellent in every way. Good location (close to the FlixBus station and the train station). Fair price. Service is multilingual (Spanish, English, Arabic, and German). It's a barbershop, but you can schedule a pickup outside of barbershop hours by speaking with them. Very nice people. Recommended.

I could not recommend this luggage storage more!! My wife and I were in Vienna for one day before an early morning flight to Italy. We didn’t book hotel reservations and planned to just store luggage and walk around for the day, then pick up and head to the airport. We found this luggage storage that was very close to the bus station so we gave it a try. We were blown away. Extremely nice guys in there. Made sure my luggage was safe. I even needed to pick up after hours and the owner told me to just let him know an hour before I needed it and he would meet me. He came through. Even though the barber shop was closed (the business that operates as a side luggage storage) he went out of his way to come let me in and get my stuff. Fair price and good honest people. If you find yourself needing to store luggage in Vienna, this is the place to go!!

This luggage storage really saved our trip to Vienna! The owner was extremely friendly and very flexible with the pick-up time. They also have plenty of space to fit any size of luggage, which made everything super convenient.

Realy kind seevice. Even at 10 pm the owner of hair salon (in which the luggage storage is) came 7 min before.

Close to the metro station, a very nice gentleman helped me with the payment, plenty of space, you can take your luggage whenever you want (you just need to write 10 minutes before the pickup that you will be there), I received my luggage exactly as I left it, I recommend

Quick, easy and reasonable booking system. Easy to navigate. It’s a room in the back of a barbers, but the guys were attentive and our bags were safe for the day. Thanks.

I was traveling with a large suitcase and was surprised to find that most places nearby didn’t have lockers big enough. Thankfully, this location had one available—it was such a relief! The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout the process. If you’re traveling with large luggage, I highly recommend using this service.

Glad that I found this space. The lockers nearby are not available for two big luggage. This salon offer us a room to store our big cases. It’s about 10 minutes walk from VIB. Very convenient. The hosts are super friendly and helpful.
