Booked our suitcases for our arrival day and departure day. Really easy, good value. The front of house staff were amazing. On our arrival day they were busy checking in their customers but offered us to sit in their breakfast room to wait. The bags were kept in a locked room so we felt that they were safe. It was also the same for the departure day. A really good experience, well worth the money.

Great experience . Got off a boat in Venice and within 10 mins had located a spot to leave our luggage, walked to the place and left our bags securely with pleasant staff meaning we were free to enjoy a few hours in Venice before travelling home

The hotel was a one minute walk from our AirBnB. The app was super easy to use and change the booking when I realised I had booked too many cases. We were able to leave our luggage to explore Venice on our last day. Easy to get them at the end of the day. Took all the stress away to allow us to enjoy the last day of our break

Staff were super friendly and helpful. On Collection was kind enough allowed us to sit on the cool and use the wifi to plan our route to the airport for our home flight. When we return to Venice in the future will use again
