Personally, I think the option to store luggage at the hotel before rinsing and after checking out is a great convenience for travelers. Traveling with luggage is exhausting. Although I'm one of those who thinks the hotel should provide this service free of charge. I understand it's all a business, and the truth is, the items were very well looked after and handled. Payment by card and even cash was easy. Everything was great.

Booked the storage of our luggage same day and had no issues. The staff was friendly and able to immediately take our luggage and lock it up as soon as we arrived. Highly recommend!
