I was hesitant to use this location based off some of the reviews, but gave it a go. The storage is inside a Tobacco shop. They store them behind the counter so there is no way someone could steal them if the cashier was not paying attention. The man behind the counter was extremely friendly. I made sure to confirm the time I would return to get my bags. It was very smooth and secure. Would definitely use them again!

The staff was friendly and we could drop and pickup luggage quickly. Using the booking app was ackward as the system invites you to install a phone app instead of emailing you the qr code that the store needs to identify your payment.

Very convenient location with friendly, helpful staff and easy to drop off. My understanding was that our suitcase would be stored in a back room or other secure/locked room, but when we went to retrieve it, it was out on the shop floor. However, the staff seemed to be with it at all times and everything was present and correct, so although a little surprised as things were not quite as expected, I was happy with the service.
