The location was very close to my Air BNB. The store owner had tickets for luggage made in advance for claiming my luggage at the end of the day, which made me feel that this business dealt with lots of bags.

Very convenient service. Payment online. It was a little hard to understand where it was until we read in the reviews that it was in a tobacco store

We really appreciated the service.

I was hesitant to use this location based off some of the reviews, but gave it a go. The storage is inside a Tobacco shop. They store them behind the counter so there is no way someone could steal them if the cashier was not paying attention. The man behind the counter was extremely friendly. I made sure to confirm the time I would return to get my bags. It was very smooth and secure. Would definitely use them again!

Fast collection and pick up

Great location, accommodating owners and wide time slot

The staff was friendly and we could drop and pickup luggage quickly. Using the booking app was ackward as the system invites you to install a phone app instead of emailing you the qr code that the store needs to identify your payment.

Busy little place but did the job well!

However, I had a problem because my first reservation, which was declared open, was also declared closed. The change to another place was made without problems The manager of the first store was very courteous

Very convenient location with friendly, helpful staff and easy to drop off. My understanding was that our suitcase would be stored in a back room or other secure/locked room, but when we went to retrieve it, it was out on the shop floor. However, the staff seemed to be with it at all times and everything was present and correct, so although a little surprised as things were not quite as expected, I was happy with the service.
