Being able to arrange everything easily with the app. Nice that this location was diagonally opposite the metro station to the airport. Very useful to be able to leave luggage with a reliable company. This way we could enjoy the beautiful city of Valencia. The only disadvantage was that there was no reference to "Bounce" anywhere on the facade. For the rest nothing to complain about. Very friendly staff. We combined collecting the luggage with a tasty pizza and a delicious kebab dish.

It is indeed in a kebab store, but the system works very well, friendly staff. all safe.

Smooth and friendly service both at deposit and collection of luggage. It's also within 5min walk of the Angel Guimera Metro. I can only recommend this Bounce location

Fast and with great customer service hours

Very easy once we found the place, and perfectly situated for the train to the airport. Just show the code and the bags are taken to a back room, and the reverse when you collect them. Great idea.

Everything went smoothly! At the same time, you can eat quite good pizza :-)

highly recomended - service vs value , lads are very helpful and nice and speak little English, easy access from metro station ( line 3 or 5 from Airport) - place is just few steps away from station . Place have toilet and you can have a quick food and drink with ace - kebab pizza and coke :) ( chicken is good ). Opened from early morning till late. Generally all you need.

The location was an easy walk from where I was staying and then to the Metro that goes straight to the airport. It was easy to book online and then to drop off and collect my suitcase when it suited me. It was a bit confusing at first as most of the name of the shop is missing from the sign but other than that was easy to find.
