Might be helpfull to not store the luggage in open view

Really easy to find. The team were a little off - the girl who served us was new and the team member who was helping her seemed a little annoyed we were there! The new girl was friendly enough but we felt a bit weird just randomly leaving our bags in the middle of the shop. We later found that they moved them to the back of the shop but we didn’t know this when we left them. When we returned they were much friendlier and quick to help us! The bags were all as we left them - zips in same position etc. and nothing missing when we got them home. Overall would recommend.

Security could be better

They were very friendly and helpful
