Easy-to-use location near Porto Nuova. The building was a little tricky to find, but everything was clearly marked once I arrived. There was an elevator to the fourth floor of the building, and just a short flight of stairs to get to the fifth floor. Staff were fast and friendly.

Good service, hard to reach drop off point

Place is easy to reach and people are very kind and helpful. Only drawback is that there are some stairs (1 and 1/2 flight) from the elevator to the drop-off and you have to be able to lift and carry your luggage for these.
